Exotel helps you track all your call details with your customers and this happens once the call is completed, but what if you had the ability to know your customer before he/she calls?
Imagine being notified who is calling you before you pick up the phone! We just recently got this feature released and it is helping us a lot. If your number & name is stored in the Exotel addressbook, then typically our team is able to identify you before the call and say Hi Vijay, before Vijay has to identify himself to you.
See the image below to understand. The right hand side pop-up will come automatically when the caller is dialing in and when the call successfully completes or disconnects.
All you need to do now is keep your Address Book updated and you can read more on that.
