From now any Exotel user/agent can login to their account and be able to search for all calls & SMS related by:
1. Name of Agent/User (Employee) or Caller/Called (Customer)
2. Phone Number
How can this help?
A customer calls and you want to know when did he/she call before? What was the conversation about? Which date, How many times has he/she been disgruntled? Who in your team spoke last to him/her. All this information will be awesomely valuable so you can resolve and provide even better customer service.
