More updates and more code pushing to make life easier for Exotel Customers

A Smart phone’s uniqueness comes from the fact that it can sync your Facebook, Whatsapp, Google Mail, Linkedin, Twitter accounts and put a phone number to it. Now Exotel is making progress as well, we have now enabled a simple version of our address book that allows you to store your customer phone numbers with a Name, Company, Email ID.

Now you can import and export a List of your own into the Address Book of your Exotel account. PFA screenshots that will help explain how-to.

1. You can add a name, phone number, email id & company from either the Inbox or the Address Book tab

2. You can search by Name, Company, Email or Phone Number in the Exotel Address Book Tab

3. You can import a list – either in Excel or CSV format in the given sample format with Name, Phone Number, Company, Email ID

4. You can search by Letter-wise in the Address Book as well.

All this should be able to now allow you to service your customers much better.

If you have any feedback, please do write back to us and spread the word on Exotel further to your networks! Will really appreciate it.
