Your Exotel is just like a SIM Card. You can Send and receive on it. You can choose how you want the SMS delivered: Via Email, API or even another SMS. You can also send SMS with an E-mail, API call or bulk upload

Keyword Auto Responder

Exotel can auto respond to queries with specific keywords & update your database with the details. When the SMS does not match the queries, it can be delivered as an E-mail to your support staff.
