Shivku – Techie & Founder:
Shivku built Exotel for himself to take a lot of calls, make calls, not miss calls and hence the birth of this company. He is a passionate techie, has a wonderful sense of humor <normally> and can be found in 1 place every 45 minutes doing 2 things. Lots of thinking, lots of good human being and drive. He has fun solving problems of all sorts related to the company.

Ishwar – Techie now Salesman:
Ishwar is the in-house cartoonist who brings in the coolness to the office. Music and a few drinks can make him tick 28 hours a day. He can code/sell/ops/think/stabilize and provide solutions to the toughest of problems.

Sid – Techie now still Techie:
Sid has a Windows phone he flashes everywhere, plays tennis and is a RF fan. His thought on building technology is unparalleled and everyone bows down to the man when it comes to anything and everything. Calmness personified – though his headache and tablets do cause things to disrupt when he is not around.

Vijay – Non-Techie being told to become Techie:
Vijay is a die-hard football guy, he ends up mostly FIFA-ing, playing on weekends, watching matches whenever – and does not want to be disturbed then. He is still figuring out what to figure and is apparently a scientist by education.

Kailash – Techie:
Kailash is used to snoring a lot, hence works/sleeps in a totally different room. His tummy seems to be growing everyday though the coding bit at Exotel keeps him busy. You can find him getting a lot of useful gyan from Shivku/Ishwar/Sid while implementing new projects, releases and working on the product. He also brings a lot of new ideas to the table with his background in a failed startup and freelance programming.

Ruchir – Rookie:
He named himself the Rookie at Exotel. He is inquisitive and likes to meet new people. He loves to play any kind of sport instead of following it. He is a bit of a talker and a go-getter. His job offer had the role – “Whatever it takes” and he is still here. He does whatever it takes at Exotel.
