Shivakumar Ganesan
Shivku built Exotel for him to receive and make a lot of calls and not miss any calls. He is a passionate techie, has a wonderful sense of humour <normally> and can be found in one place every 45 minutes doing two things. He has fun solving all sorts of problems related to the company.

Sudhir Rama Rao
Sudhir is an early investor in Exotel. Sudhir and Shivku have known each other from their Yahoo! days. Sudhir is now hacking at Zynga in the Bay Area.

Vellanki Bala Nageshwara Rao
Bala, like Sudhir, is an early investor in Exotel. Bala was with Shivku at Yahoo! He now works with the Apollo Group in the US after a long Y! stint.

Ishwar Sridharan
Ishwar is the in-house cartoonist who brings in coolness to the office. Music and a few drinks can make him tick 28 hours a day. He can code/sell/ops/think/stabilize and provide solutions to the toughest of problems.

Siddharth Ramesh
Sid is calmness personified (only his headache can make things go haywire!). He has a Windows phone he flashes everywhere, plays tennis and is a RF fan. His thoughts on building technology is unparalleled and everyone bows down to the man.

Jayasankar Vijay
Jay can beat Ruchir when it comes to talking a lot. In fact, he normally beats Ruchir by a margin. His prime aim in life is to learn a lot and he is doing that by building Exotel. Accounts, Office, Administration, Money - everything goes via this man.

Blume Ventures provides seed funding in the range of $50K - $250K to early-stage tech-focused/tech-enabled ventures. They have jointly invested in Exotel with Mumbai Angels and have been fantastic to us! The help and and advice keeps flowing.

Mumbai Angels
Setup in 2006, they are pioneers of Angel Investing in India. The Mumbai Angels team was one of the main reasons for us to work with them. Their operations team is very hands-on and are always supportive.

Once upon a time techie turned MBA. Loves to play the devil's advocate. When he's not trying to build products, he follows cricket or politics. Exotel's favourite pastime is to troll him on his MBA.

After passing out of IIIT-B, Sanjeeth worked with CISCO for most of his life. Word is that he has not done anything wrong in the office for the past few months and we can bully him as much as we like. Until we find something wrong, that's it.

Govind is an unbelievable Exotel-Career Gear success story. He handles Tech Ops at Exotel and has been doing some rock solid work. Trichy boy, was very silent in his initial days but now rocks our Tech Operations.

Swati Adlakha
Swati is the second Punjaban + girl in the house, a Biotech engineer turned Software geek. She says, she is "genetically modified to work energetically and smart", and is passionate about Kailash Kher's singing.

Anand ????
Anand is our Customer Success Champion. He keeps our customers happy and is a pro at breaking ice with prospective recruits. 'Babumoshai, PRI ka naseeb uparwale ke haath hai jahanpanah. Usse na toh aap badal sakte hain na main. Kab, kaun, kaise uthega yeh koi nahi bata sakta hai. Ha, ha, ha.'

Ganesh Jaiswal
Ganesh is the newest addition to the product/tech team. Javascript whiz. Dresses like it's the nineties all over again. Until we know more about him, this is all that we have.

Lavanya Tejaswy
Lavanya has traveled and lived across India. She likes meeting new people and is multilingual. She likes anything with a solid reasoning which includes tech. She has learnt to embrace bugs and look at them as puzzles. Likes reading books and currently in the process of stalking Haruki Murakami whenever she finds time.

Vigil Viswanathan
Vigil is food junkie, amateur cook, oddball reader of books with interesting names, latest being “Master and Margarita” by Mikhail Bulgakov. Loves fishing turtles with a “LUNGI”, travel enthusiast but driving is not his forte. Did his BE in CS from VTU followed by an MBA from Acharya, and now a Sales Engineer at Exotel.

Gayatri Krishnamoorthy
Gayatri's fascination for all things digital led her to work at Google after a degree in physics. Now, many years later, she has done marketing, business development, account management, research, insights mining, social media management and whatnot! Right now, she's heading inbound marketing at Exotel and runs home at 5 to be with her son.She's also a wannabe food blogger and photographer.

Sarath is the newest techie of our team. He's one of the few mallus we've met that doesn't drink. He's an athlete and that could be the reason behind the healthy lifestyle
